Event: Meetings

When: First and Third Thursday Night at 8:00 PM, with Rosary at 7:30 PM.

Purpose: To meet to discuss activities and organization business of the Council.

Event: BINGO

When: Every Tuesday Night Between 7:30 & 10:00 PM.

Purpose: To provide quality entertainment and service to 100+ enthusiastic players each week. Profits are used to meet the mortgage and maintenance for the BARN.

Volunteers are needed to provide:

  • Setup the room for Bingo the day before the event
  • Captain for a Team (To Lead 1 Bingo team a month)
  • Callers (To call out the numbers or work the floor)
  • Paymaster (To handle the script purchases and make payments to the winners; to tally the nightly results)
  • Instant Sales (To sell instant lotto tickets)
  • Cleanup the hall that night following the event

On the Job Training available any night! Anyone interested in helping out once a month (spouses welcome) with this extremely important event for C&A as well as for your Council should contact:

Event: SUNDAY BREAKFAST AT THE BARN

When: 2ND SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH

Purpose: To provide a quality breakfast to our members and their families as well as to members of our local community. Profits are used to support the worthy events hosted by your Council and C&A.

Volunteers are needed to:

  • Setup the dining room the day before the event
  • Prepare the food for buffet (a full offering!)
  • Serve as Waiters/Waitresses & “friendly Hosts”
  • Cleanup the kitchen following the event

On the Job Training available any time! A lot of good memories and camaraderie takes place! Guests of prior breakfast events have enjoyed the food quality and hospitality extended. Anyone interested in helping out (spouses welcome) with this important community event for C&A as well as for your Council should contact any of the following:

When: As scheduled (events posted in the kitchen). Dinner Orders start at 6:30 PM.

Purpose: To provide a quality dinner to our members and their families as well as to members of our local community. Profits are used to support the worthy events hosted by your Council and C&A.

Volunteers are needed to:

  • Setup the dining room the day before the event
  • Prepare the food
  • Serve as Waiters/Waitresses & “friendly Hosts”
  • Cleanup the dining room & kitchen following the event

Event: CATERING

When: As Scheduled (events posted in the Kitchen); Usually during a Weekend Night

Purpose: To provide quality food, refreshments, and service to organizations or families who have booked our facility for an event (wedding reception, birthday, anniversary, theme party, etc.) Profits are used to support the majority of service activities and events hosted by your Council and C&A.

Volunteers for the Teams are needed to:

  • Prepare the food
  • Serve as Bartenders
  • Serve as Waiters/Waitresses
  • Cleanup the hall that night following the event

On the Job Training available any night! A lot of good memories and camaraderie takes place! Guests of prior events have "very favorably complemented" teams for their attitude, food quality and hospitality extended to their guests. Anyone interested in helping out (spouses welcome) with this extremely important event for C&A as well as for your Council should contact any of the following:
