From Leesburg & points west:
Take Route 7 East to Route 28 South. Travel Route 28 South to Ashburn/Sterling exit. Follow signs to Sterling (Church Road). Take Church Road past Cascades Parkway and continue to the next light (Holly Avenue). Turn right onto Holly Avenue.

From Ashburn & Broadlands:
Take Waxpool Road East and cross over Route 28 (stay in two left lanes). Waxpool Road changes to Church Road once you go over the Route 28 overpass. Take Church Road past Cascades Parkway to the next light (Holly Avenue). Turn right onto Holly Avenue.

From Route 28 and points south:
Go north on Route 28 to Sterling/Church Road exit. Stay on Church Road. Go past Cascades Pkwy to the next light (Holly Ave). Take Route 28 to Sterling/Church Road exit. Take Church Road past Cascades Parkway to the next light (Holly Avenue). Turn right onto Holly Avenue.

From Herndon, Reston and points east:
Take Route 7 West to Sterling Road. Turn left onto Sterling Road and continue approximately 1.5 miles to Holly Avenue (before you get to the large shopping area on the left). Turn left on W. Holly Avenue.
